Wednesday- Baked Spaghetti Squash with Ground Turkey + Ricotta/Cottage Cheese (my own concoction but loosely following this recipe)
Thursday- leftovers/EMFH
Friday- EMFH
Saturday- out?
Sunday- Hamburger Soup (from cook book- I’ll report back if it’s any good)
I have been seeing so many people creating meal plans lately. I think it’s something I need to start doing to encourage more cooking in our kitchen!
I just started a few months ago but it helps me so much! Without a meal plan I’ll go grocery shopping much more often and spend lots more money so it helps with both
plus the BF likes to see what he’s eating for the week!
