Sunday– Rotisserie Chicken

MondaySouthwestern Chicken & Barley Soup

Tuesday– EMFH

Wednesday– Baked Spaghetti Squash with Ground Turkey + Ricotta/Cottage Cheese (my own concoction but loosely following this recipe)

Thursday– leftovers/EMFH

Friday– EMFH

Saturday– out?

Sunday– Hamburger Soup (from cook book- I’ll report back if it’s any good)

    • I just started a few months ago but it helps me so much! Without a meal plan I’ll go grocery shopping much more often and spend lots more money so it helps with both 🙂 plus the BF likes to see what he’s eating for the week!
